Independent research lab

Cross-vendor AI governance for defense, security, and science.

Cavelux is an independent research lab. We study how frontier AI systems behave in production and build the methods that keep them reliable, inspectable, and accountable.

How Cavelux governs

  1. 01

Three keys before any live act

Work starts only when a written dispatch, a human go-ahead, and a matching entry in the record all agree. Any key missing means hold.

  2. 02

    Every claim names its sensor

A statement without the check that produced it is an assertion, and is labelled unverified where it stands.

  3. 03

    Review crosses vendors

Work authored on one maker's model is reviewed on another's, so no single vendor grades its own output.

  4. 04

    One human holds the irreversible

Merges, releases, spending and credentials stay with an accountable person. No tool output or agreement substitutes.
